Available exclusively or in a semi-private formula. 3 spaces available: Interior (260 standing capacity) with complete sound system, bars and bench sections. The old garage has been converted into a “beer garden” with a colorful decor filled with plants. It is possible to divide this space in 2 to accommodate groups of 70 to 75 people. Terrace (100 seated and 150 standing) with full bar. With a breathtaking view of the silos of the former Malting Co., offer your guests a memorable event in a relaxed atmosphere (for this space, it is mandatory to rent the interior part, additional costs will therefore be added). Garden (capacity depending on the facilities) with terrace on the edge of the canal. With an area of approximately 6,000 square feet (capacity of 350+), the garden is at your disposal to carry out any type of project: team building, wedding, children's parties, launch, conference, etc. (it is important to note that in the event of a reservation of this space, a meeting permit must be obtained in order to allow the use of alcohol on the site).
