Modern Creative Event Space A deposit of 65% upfront will be required in order to reserve your date. The remaining balance, as well as a $250 security deposit will be due 10 days prior to your event. The security deposit will be reimbursed up to 7 days after your rental use (if there are no damages made to the space during your event/rental).
