We offer 3 spaces: Indoor Space: With a capacity of 260 standing, it features a full sound system, bars, and booth sections. The former garage has been converted into a "beer garden" with a colorful décor filled with plants. This space can be divided into two to accommodate groups of 70 to 75 people. Terrace: With seating for 100 and standing capacity for 150, it includes a full bar. With a breathtaking view of the former Malting Co. silos, offer your guests a memorable event in a relaxed atmosphere (for this space, it's mandatory to also rent the indoor space, with additional fees applied). Garden: With capacity dependent on installations, it includes a terrace along the canal. With an area of approximately 6,000 square feet (capacity of 350+), the garden is available for any type of project: team building, weddings, children's parties, launches, conferences, etc. (please note that for reservations of this space, a permit must be obtained to allow the use of alcohol on the premises). Availability and rental rates are subject to the season. It's possible to rent a food truck on site, with additional fees applied.
